My Why For Creating This Space

In a recent post, I spoke about how real the struggle of menopause can be - not just physically, but soulfully. It’s a season that stirs everything and I mean everything. A shedding, a reawakening, a metamorphosis. And for me, it’s also been an invitation to come home to myself in new and deeper ways.

I started this blog as a way to nurture my creative muse - through words, reflection, and connection. Writing calms my nervous system. Creating makes me feel less anxious. It deeply grounds me. And in the process, it’s helping me navigate this wild, beautiful chapter with more presence, purpose and grace.

This space is a gentle offering - a collection of my personal reflections, soulful lessons, simple joys, and moments of sweet magic. My hope is that by sharing what I’m learning and unlearning, I can inspire and support other women moving through this transformative, wild season.

I also want this space to speak to my sons and my daughters-in-love. Because this isn’t a season to fear - it’s one to honour and embrace. The more we openly share our experiences, the more we empower the next generation to understand, support, and celebrate. For younger women especially, I hope these stories, ease the concern, soften the fear about becoming an older woman and remind them of the beauty, power, and possibility that live in this season.

Because I believe this season is a gift. A powerful invitation to express ourselves - unapologetically, boldly, creatively, freely, and joyfully.

To not just grow...

but to fully bloom.

With Love
